Referring to your favor of the 13th instant to Mr. Charles L. Freer, in the matter of Mr. Freer furnishing you with reproductions of his Inness Painting. Mr. Freer is abroad and not expected to return to this city until the latter part of September, when I will be pleased to lay your letter before him.
