Mr. W. G. Starrett,
73 Humboldt Avenue,
Roxbury, Mass.

Dear Sir:-

Your letter of 18th instant addressed to Mr. W. O. Jacquette has been referred to me for reply.

I beg to inform you that the farm in question is owned by the Estate of the late Wm. M. Wilson, and it was offered for sale in order to hasten the closing of the affairs of the estate. The farm is most beautifully located and has long been celebrated for its scenic beauty. About one third of the property is covered with a fine growth of timber. The balance is largely devoted to meadow and pasturs. It is admirably adapted to stock raising, being thoroughly watered and capable of producing large quantities of hay and grain.

Should you care to visit the property I will be pleased to send you a permit on application.

Yours very truly,

Agent for the Estate of the
late Wm. M. Wilson.
