915 Union Trust Building,
Detroit, Mich., Sept. 28th, 1899.

Mr. C. H. Williams,

Cara, Estate of W.M. Wilson, Esq.,
Sheffield, Mass.

Dear Sir:-
Your letter of 26th instant is received. Please tell Mr. Shaw to proceed with the wall at the price named, that is $2.25 per rod, also let him go ahead with the use of dynamite as we talked. I am satisfied his charge for dynamite and a man to use it will be satisfactory.

Am glad Mr. Keith will survey the farm.
Now that you purchased the three horses and have a man to look after the team, the hauling of stone for the walls can proceed as fast as you care to have it done.
Thanking you very much for kind attentions, I remain,
Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
