My dear Mr.Turnbull:-

I have your favor of the 24th and Mr.Murray's of the 28th, advising that your Company has retired six more M.P.Car Co.First Mortgage Bonds at 105 and interest to June first. Enclosed herewith please find my check on your Company for $75.00 to reimburse you for the expense to your Company in excess of 105 on these bonds. 
With reference to Mr.Murray's inquiry in his letter of 28th to Col.Hecker, as to whether you shall advise the Michigan-Peninsular Car Company of Col.Hecker of future purchses of these bonds. Will you be kind enough to advise me in the future.
