Dear Sir:-
Replying to your valued inquiry of the first instant. I beg to inform you that it is my intention to use the old house on the Bishop place during the construction of certain buildings which are now being planned, and after this work shall have been completed, I expect to move the building to some other spot on the farm and thereafter have it occupied by some of my employes. This being the case, I cannot I regret to say offer it to you either for lease or sale.

I am agent for the [[?]] of the estate of the late Wm. M. Wilson. Properties belonging to the estate include the farm located at Mossy Glen,about one-half mile north of my farm. This property consists of something over 300 acres with excellent buildings and I am now trying to sell it. Should you know of anybody desirous of buying so large a place, I will be glad to be put into communication with them.
