Detroit, Michigan,
November 26th,1899.

Mr. C. H. Williams,
Care Estate of W.M.Wilson,
Sheffield,
Mass.

Dear Sir:-

I am planning to leave New York so as to arrive at Sheffield on Thursday evening December 7th, at 6.30 o'clock. I will be accompanied by Mr. Donaldson the architect who is designing my farm house and farm barn. We would like to stay with you that night and look over matters on Friday. I have asked Mr. Keith, the engineer, to be there at the same time, so that he and the architect can determine a spot for the farmhouse and farm barn.
Will you kindly meet us at the train ? You can depend upon our coming, but if anything should arise to prevent I will telegraph you in time,
I hope you will find it possible on December first to reduce the force on the Wilson farm all that you can, so as to make the expenses of running the place during the winter as low as possible.

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
