December 19th,1899.

Mr. W. J. McBride,
Care, American Car, and Fdry.Co.,
St.Louis, Mo.

Dear Mac:-

Referring to my letter of yesterday. I find in reading over the copy this morning, an error in the price of the jar sent to Mr.Shaughnessey. My letter stated $285.00; this should have been $125.00, as per billenclosed [[bill enclosed]] herewith. I also hand you the bill of Yamanaka of Boston for the jar sent to Mr.McCrea. I have "o.k'd" both of these invoices and will be glad to have you remit direct whenever convenient.
Your telegram of yesterday afternoon reading:-
"Find nothing has been selected for Allan Bourn. If agreeable will you please select something from your collection."
was duly received, and in reply I wired you as follows:-
"I will select from my collection for Allan Bourn."
which I now confirm.
Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
