Mr. W. C. De Armond,
Secretary Pressed Steel Car Co.,
Empire Building, 71 Broadway,
New York City.

My dear Sir:-

Your letter of December 28th calling my attention to a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Pressed Steel Car Company, to be held January 8th, at 2.30 p.m., is received.

I have business engagements here on Monday and Tuesday the 8th and 9th instants, consequently I had not intended to attend either your board meeting on Monday or your annual meeting on Tuesday, however, if you need my presence at the Board meeting to constitute a quorum, I can arrange my matters so as to be with you on Monday afternoon and will plan accordingly after having heard further from you. Will you therefore on receipt hereof kindly telegraph me whether or not I will be needed at the meeting.

Wishing you the compliments of the new year, I remain,

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
