My dear Mr. Turnbull,-

I have your favor of the 13th inst. and note same fully. The terms upon which you offer to accept the deposit account of the Maple Lane Farm Company, namely; by allowing 3% thereon, is quite satisfactory. I take pleasure in handing you enclosed herewith, draft issues by the State Savings Bank of this city for $31,000.00, our first deposit for credit of account of the Maple Lane Farm Co. 

Will it be satisfactory to you to credit the interest monthly, [[?]] to simplify our bookkeeping?
