My dear Mr. Hargreaves:-
Permit me the pleasure of introducing to you Mr. Jackson, one of Detroit's well-know attorneys, who has an office in the Union Trust Building.
Mr. Jackson desires to see you concerning the unrented space in the Union Trust Building for which you hold a lease.
You will find Mr. Jackson a very pleasant gentleman, and I take much pleasure in being the means of bringing about an acquaintance between yourself and him.
