Mr. O. W. Meysenburg,
Care The Wells & French Co.,
Fisher Building,
Chicago, Ill.

My dear Mr. Meysenburg:-

Your favor of the 24th instant is received and fully noted. Mr. Smyser spent last Saturday with me here, and the result of our conference will lead to two or three very important changes in his plan, which, I am confident, will appeal to you. As soon as the matter can be put in proper shape for consideration, you will be fully advised.

I am still confined to my house by illness, but hope to be out again ere time.

With the best of holiday wishes, I remain

Very sincerely yours,
Charles L Freer
