Mr Emil Stroh,
Coldwater, Mich.

My Dear Sir:-

A combination of circumstances consisting of absence from home, illness and one thing and another has prevented earlier reply to the letter you wrote me some time ago. During all of this time however I have been gathering more information, which, the next time we meet will be glad to convey to you. Mr.Warren and I have had a talk to and have decided that it will be very desirable to have an interview you as early as we can. I am forced togo to New York on Saturday night next and prior to that date my time will be very much occupied. After my return, probably week after next, if you can come here we will go into the matter fully. I will wire you my return when will be convenient for both Mr. Warren and myself to meet you here, and if the date is not convenient for you, we will appoint a time that [[will?]] suit you.

In the meantime, I beg to remain,

Yours very truly,
Charles L Freer
