The place was mostly occupied by very poor people. A few agreed to pay some rent. $63. were collected & returned before he called. By your orders what is collected is not to be given up. except in crops. Only 2½ bbls. have been collected  The bal over $100. was left for him (as by your orders for his share) to collect from
