acknowledges receipt of Special Orders No. 15, to turn over to Mr L. Ellison his property consisting of a Saw-Mill. Encloses a letter from Mr. Hunt and asks if the engine and gov't fixtures shall go with the Mill. states that a Board of Referees have had the case before them but have not yet reported.
