States that he has rec'd a letter from Capt. Wm Webster of Richmond, stating that the Ass't Com'r had directed that the "Miss Parish Place" be given up to a Mr. White, a liquor seller & man of bad character — that there are about 200 people on the Place — that he (Wilder) has engaged the place to the col'd people — rents to be paid to Miss P-
