Bounties to all Recruits, white or black, enlisted under the Presidents Call for 50000 men, dated July 18th 1864, $100 for one year, $200 for two years, $300 for three years.

Same pay and allowances to persons of color enlisted and mustered into the military service of the United States in South Carolina by Generals Hunter and Saxton in 1864, as to other Volunteers Section 5, Act March 3rd 1865, in G.O. No. 31, 1865.
