State of Virginia, Accomack County, to wit:
I, John W. Lilley, Clerk of the court of said county, in the State aforesaid, certify that it appears from the Land-Rolls of said county, Record Books in my Office, that William Tunnell is assessed as the fee-simple owner of certain tracts or parcels of land situated in the Parish of Accomack, in the County aforesaid, and described as follows: One tract containing three hundred and sixty (360) acres, South 24 miles from the Court-House, valued at Ten Dollars ($10.) per acre,—total valuation Three thousand six hundred Dollars ($3600.);-

Another tract, being marsh land, the same Distance and direction from the Court-House, valued at fifty cents (50c) per acre,—total valuation One hundred and seventeen Dollars ($117.): And one other parcel, containing one acre, same distance and direction from the Court-House, valued at Twenty Dollars ($20.) per acre,—total valuation the same sum.

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the said court, this 5th day of April, A.D., one thousand eight hundred and sixty six.
