We, John W. Lillod, and Benjamin T. Gunter, citizens of the County of Accomack and State of Virginia, do certify that we are well acquainted with Rosetta W. Tunnell, widow of John W. Tunnell deceased, who is making application for the restoration of her dower lands located in the County of Accomack and now in the possession or control of the Bureau of Refugees, Freedmen &c, and that said Rosetta W. Tunnell is not in either of the classes of persons excepted from the benefit of President Johnson's Proclamation of May 29th 1865. Given under our hands this 5th April A.D. 1866.
