With regard to furnishing corn and other seed for planting, the Secretary of War wishes as soon as it can possible be furnished a Schedule embracing the names of landowners and others according to the form enclosed. Fill the blanks opposit the names of men who have no land & "no land".

Please call upon the Governor and other civil authorities for aid, when it will hasten your work. The County magistrates will easily ascertain the facts where there is no agent.
