administration with the will annexed are granted to him on the estate of the said George D. Wise deceased. And the said Bond having been acknowledged by the obligors therein, it is ordered that the same be recorded.

State of Virginia, Accomack County, to wit.
I, John W. Gillot, Clerk of the Court of said County, in the State aforesaid, certify that the foregoing is a true transcript from the records of said Court. I further certify, that John T. Blackstone, the person therein named, is to me well known; that he resided in the said County of Accomack during the whole time of the recent Rebellion; that he was not in the service of the so-called Confederate States either in a Military or Civil capacity, nor was he in the Military service of any State in Rebellion against the Government of the United States, nor did he in any character bear arms against the said Government; and that he is not included in any one of the classes of persons excluded from the benefits of the Amnesty - Proclamation of President Andrew Johnson, dated may 29th 1865. 

In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, this 22d day of December, A.D. 1865.
