I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your communication of the 23rd inst. transmitting papers in the claim for arrears of pay etc, of Mary Hendson, on account of her deceased son Henderson Nickson, late Pvt. Co. "I" 2d U.S.C.I.  also, "Proof of Cohabitation" in the case of Mathilda McGruder.
