I, Hiram W. Allen, Captain 36th U.S.C. Troops do solemnly swear, that I have no knowledge whatever of the money - three hundred dollars - concerning which affidavit is made by Lewis Johnson, late Private Co. K. 1st U.S.C.C; that while I cannot be certain that I never received the money alluded to, I am certain that if received by me, it was promptly turned over to Genl. E.A.
