Accomack County, to wit:

This day personally came before me, Thomas Lilliston  — a Justice of the Peace, in and for the County of Accomack, and State of Virginia, Harriet A. Wise who being duly sworn according to the law, declares that she does not come within any of the exceptions in the Proclamation of the President of the United States, bearing date 29 the day of May — A.D. 1865.

Sworn to and subscribed before me, Justice of the Peace as aforesaid, in my county aforesaid, this 5th day of October A.D. 1866.

Gillot, Clerk of the Court of the County of Accomack in the State aforesaid, certify, that Thomas Lilliston, who has subscribed the preceding certificate, was at the time of subscribing the same, a Justice of the Peace in and for the said County, duly elected, commissioned and qualified according to the Constitution and Laws of the said State, and that his signature there to is genuine
