Received back Decr. 27th 1866 - Evidence that they would not be dependent insufficient.
Returned to Genl. Armstrong Decr. 27th - inviting attention to endorsement from War Dept &c.
Received back Jany 21st 1867 with affidavit enclosed.
Returned to Genl Howard Jany 21st inviting attention to enclosed affidavit.
