General,
Pursuant to your instructions, I have the honor to inform you that Louisa Wilkinson (Col'd) complains that Mrs. Ben Timblick living in New Kent Co. has two boys named Major Derrick and John Isom Taylor aged 9 years whose parents are both dead, They are her Nephews, Children of her brother. She states that she went after them last Feby, but was unable to obtain them since which time they have been bound out by the Asst. Supt of New Kent Co. Louisa Wilkinson wishes to take care of them herself being next in kin to the boys.
