Plntff charges that early on the morning of Feby 26th he was robbed of poultry, as follows, Ten Chickens, three geese, (white) one turkey, and charges Dfdt with said Robbery
Dfdt plead not guilty

Mr. Bennett (white) storekeeper Hampton, fully identifies Dfdt as the man who sold to him (wit) Three white geese, on the morning of Feby 26th. Plntff came to witness' store after said sale, and identified the geese sold by Dfdt as his Plntff's property,

Jas. Gatewood  Col'd fully identifies Dfdt as the man who sold him ten chickens Feby 26th which chickens were identified by Plntff.

Dfdt admitted to Plntff that he had sold one Turkey Feby 26th

Dfdt "Guilty" sentenced to confinement at hard labor for three months at Mill: Prison. Ft. Monroe.
