The admission of Dfdt. that he had given due bill to Plntff subsequent to said loan, and the testimony of three witnesses, showing that the horse did not die till three months after said loan and was used by Dfdt after loan and previous to death, annulled offsett, and Dfdt was ordered to pay to Plntff the bal: claimed on due bill.
