Respectfully returned, with information that the services were rendered at Post Hospital, Williamsburg, and at the Hospital of the 5th Pa. Cavalry. Gibbens was transferred from QM Dept. to Hospital and received his rations, but it not being customary to pay contrabands at that time, he was not entered on the rolls of the Hospital.
