I am not at all satisfied with Mr Howlitt, F.K Smiths reasons for leaving the Bureau no longer exist has been disapointed would with your permission withdraw his resignation and resume the duties I am confident Howlitt will not do he is still here to go to Matthews tomorrow. I much desire not to have him in my district.
