I have the honor to report the dismissal of Mr. Robert Grieves, clerk in this office, to date from June 15th; (cause, intemperance.)

It is respectfully requested that Mr. Richard Baker, of Philada., a gentleman of ability and integrity, be appointed, (from June 15th 67,) to fill said vacancy
