Respectfully returned to Asst Commr of Virginia, who will cause Bvt Lieut Col. F.G. Whytal, Captain & AQM Vols, to transfer all property held by him as an officer of this Bureau, to S.C. Armstrong, Sub Asst Commr. 5th Sub Dist who will receipt for the same.
The Adjutant General has been informed that the services of Lieut Col Whytal are no longer required in this Bureau
