Respectfully returned to Mr Armstrong. The arrangements for accomodating the Bureau with teams for all reasonable work at the office in camp Hamilton, are as favorable as can be made Mr. Babbitt, clerk in charge of Q.M. Property has orders to provide horses and teams upon your written application. stating the nature of the service and the place to which the team is to be sent. Lieut. Reed stated that the giving of such orders was delegated to him by you, and has expressed satisfaction at the present arrangement.

Whytal and also state definitely what he reported to the undersigned as the statement of Col Whytal in reference to applications of the Agent of the 5" Sub Dist. to Mr. Babbitt Clerk &c &c. for teams to do the work required in the office of said Agent.
