Memorandum of the case of Sl. Armstrong, Agent Bureau R.F and AS., 5th Sub Dist, Va. and Bot Lieut Col. T.G. Whytal, AQM. Ft. Monroe.
June 17. Mr. Armstrong asks Col Whytal when the arrangement promised in Col W's endorsement of the 10th inst (on a previous letter) will be completed.

June 20. Col. Whytal returns letter endorsed as follows: "The arrangements for accommodating the Bureau with teams for all reasonable work at the office in Camp Hamilton are as favorable as can be Made. Mr Babbitt, clerk in charge of Q.M. property has orders to provide [[?]] and teams when your written application, stating the nature of the service [[?]] place to which the team is to be sent. Lieut Reed stated that the giving of such orders was delegated to him by you, tho expressed satisfaction at the present arrangement."
