Recommends Mr. E. P. Williams now clerk in Lt Reeds office, for Agent in Mathews & Gloucester Co's. vice  Frank. K. Smith resigned. States he will send Mr. W. To Mathews Co to attend to important Bureau business on the 10th inst. and requests Mr. W. appointment to be made out from that date.
