Capt. G. Mallery,
A.A.A. Genl.

General,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of letter dated the 8th inst. Also Circular No 13, C.S. relative to reports under Circular No. 5, C.S.

I would respectfully state that the cause of delay has been a pressure of work where my hands had want of information as to when the report was required.

I am under the necessity of asking a further of five days to enable me to attend to necessary duties in the S.W. part of the County pertaining to Registration.

The report will be forwarded at the earliest day possible.
I beg pardon for the delay and hope to be able to forward
