You are respectfully referred to the Virginia Code of 1860, page 298, Sec 5th and 7th. If they are properly chargeable to that County the overseers can transport them to their friends. If they are chargeable to Amelia Co, the overseers of the poor for the Giles Co, can transport them and charge the expenses to Amelia Co, or the County to which they legally belong. The State is bound
