Berkley in and to all that piece enforced of land situate lying and being in the Town of Aldie in the County of Louden in the Eastern District of Virginia and Bounded on the north by the land of the Mercer Estate on the East by the land of Mrs Elgin On the South by the Little River Turnpike on the West by the Snickersville Turnpike containing Fifteen acres more or less. } CONFISCATION

On motion of L. H. Chandler United States District Attorney (the costs being paid) It is ordered by the Court that the libel and all proceedings herein be dismissed
