I have the honor respectfully to request transportation for Leigh Jackson Col'd to Fort Monroe Va.

This Man was discharged from the Service of the United States, 26th Feby 1867 in this city, and had the misfortune to have all his money stolen from him. His family reside at Fort Monroe Va and owing to his utter destitution he is unable to rejoin them.
