[[Wouester?]] April 19 - 1867 Genl O. Brown Dr Sir yours of the 11th came to hands in due time saying that you wished me to forward to you. Head Quarters my letter of Feby 28 retd to me the 18 day of April. to which I cheerfully comply and hope you soon to receive my mony [[money]] - Some time since I saw Col Kinsman in Boston he said if I would make two bills of my work done for the Gov't and forwards them to him at the Kickwoods House at Washington he would forward them to Doct Henry for his signature. then he would forward them to you for payments I made those bills and forwarded them to him as he directed me,- wether [[whether]] you have received them or not I am not informed Yours respectfully Jonas, [[Bartlett?]]
