Permission is hereby given to Six colored men in charge of Mr. Bartlett to pass to Fort Monroe, on Government service By Order of Brig. Gen. [[strikethrough]] E.A. Wild [[/strikethrough]] Shepley Chas. M. Wheldon Lieut. Col. and Provost Marshal. If the word Colored is erased this Pass is null and void. [[image]]
