I have the honor to request Transportation from Taylorsville on The R.F.& P.R.R to Richmond Va. and admittance to Hospital for Fanny Coleman, a blind & destitute freedwoman, who, since the evacuation, has been supported by Mr. Jas. M. Taylor, resident of the above named place.  Mr. Taylor feels that he is no longer able to provide for her support.
