it amounts to but little. They situation has not always been thus. Reared with all the comforts of life, having scarcely a wish ungratified, you can well imagine how hard it is to be left now dependant upon the charities of stranger's. I have my health and little ones left to me yet, which is a great comfort to me in my situation.
