I have the honor to request transportation to Petersburg Va for Henrietta Judkins indigent freedwoman now an inmate of this Hospital, sent here under the impression that she was insane.

Her home is in Petersburg, she has never manifested any symptoms of insanity and in my opinion is entitled to this transportation, at least because of the confinement she has been compelled to undergo on account of the charge made against her, she is unable to furnish her own transportation she will relieve the government of the
