of Mary Logan Cold who has been in Jail since 4th March waiting examination of the charges of petty larceny. I would strongly recommend this womans discharge on the ground that her imprisonment has been sufficiently long for her offense.
     
In the Penitentiary no material change has taken place since the date of my last report, its management is as satisfactory as could be desired
