Reports that to put the house in a condition it will require an expense in material and labor of four hundred dollars ($400.); that this estimate is low. The necessary repairs amount to more but for some assistance from the society. This includes repairs of the foundation, new steeples and floor the finishes of which are all very much decayed.

Respectfully forwarded to the Asst Comr with recommendation that this Church within mentioned be not repaired at the expense of the Bureau as the outlay for repairs would be incommensurate with the value of the building for school purposes
