Virginia, to wit:

I, Charles P. Janney, Clerk of the County Court of Loudoun county, in said State, do certify that the late Daniel Boland, of said County, by his will duly admitted to probate in said Court, of which will James Carroll has qualified as executor, and is the only acting executor, devised his real estate to be rented out by his executors during the life of his wife, and at her death to be sold according to the terms of said will: and I do further certify, that the title to said real estate is, therefore, vested in said James Carroll, as executor as aforesaid, and remains unsold, under said will, and under his charge and control, and will be charged on the tax books of said County, to said Executor.
