This is to certify that most of the records of the county court of Elizabeth City County have been destroyed and that there is nothing concerning the Baptist Parsonage lot on record which said lot is bounded by the lots of Mrs. M. W. Collier,  the old Kelly Collier lot &  the street in the town of Hampton.
I am satisfied from my own personal knowledge that the said lot belongs to the Trustees of the Baptist Church in the town of Hampton.
