Sir
   I respectfully ask that the lot of land, of which Susan Dye decd seized, adjoining the "Protestant Episcopal Burial Ground, in the town of Hampton, County of Elizabeth City," and State of Virginia be restored to me.  This lot of land is now occupied by Freedmen, but should it be restored, they will not be removed for severaal months yet, and only upon sufficient notice and under the direction of the Bureaus Agent here.
