I have the honor to request transportation from Gordonsville Va. to Richmond Va. for Martha Gray an indigent Freedwoman insane or imbecile, who is ordered to Howard Grove Hospital

Also for Albert Bowles an attendant to accompany the woman to Richmond and return.
