I have the honor to request transportation for Ann Berkely from Fredericksburg to Richmond Va.  She comes here for a cork leg which Genl Howard Commissioner of the Bureau directs to be purchased for her.

I enclose an order for her reception in Howard Grove Hospital while waiting to have one fitted.  She will need return transportation also
